About The Event
Practiced on or near the New Moon, this rEVOLVE practice is more introspective and restful. Together, we’ll flow from yoga to guided-free form dancing, into a moving meditation, and end with sweet, restorative yoga. This class is an opportunity to reflect and move with intention, planting the seeds for what you are working towards in the new moon cycle.
