Join Keri Sheerin & Jennie Pitts Knipe for this afternoon of meditation, reflection, and sound healing. Instead of setting goals, chosen from a mindset of lack, we will listen to our inner knowledge and create intentions inspired by our divine essence. "I am" is where we will drop in with easy, but powerful meditation tools. This workshop is for beginners and experienced meditators.
